All-Terrain Vehicles
Reimagining off-road fun - Carter’s compact, two-seat desert machine built for performance, portability, and pure adventure.
In the 1960s, off-road fun meant California dune buggies like the Meyers Manx - made for beach runs and desert play. Living in Phoenix, Carter saw a better way to make off-roading more thrilling. Instead of slow, utilitarian machines like rock crawlers and skid-steers, he designed a compact, four-wheel, rear-engine vehicle for two passengers - small enough to fit in a pickup and built for a faster, more exciting ride.
This vehicle shows exactly what it was built to do - take the hit and keep going. Both the driver and machine handled the landing without structural failure. That durability comes from its design. Rather than a conventional steel frame, it uses a fiberglass monocoque body as the structure, with front and rear axles mounted directly to the body.
From beach runs to desert rides - built to handle both with ease.
Built to take desert driving to the next level.
Handling the rough stuff with no issues - climbing out of a rocky gulch.
